About me

Having served as a teacher and educational leader in Independent and Catholic middle and high schools for nearly 20 years, I understand that, in order to flourish, students need the time and space to discover and enjoy the way their minds work in a nurturing environment, an environment where they can find their voice, exercise appropriate choice, and adopt an openness to skill-building that will ultimately enable them to adapt and succeed in the shifting marketplace. 

Prior to my education career, I spent over 15 years as a business leader in international development with PricewaterhouseCoopers. My business experience made me a proponent of experiential learning; I believe that students need access to real-world experiences that link the classroom to the community, as they navigate through high school and college.

As a parent of four “launched” children, I can appreciate how tough it is to find that mindful balance-that individual space where our children will flourish and stretch to achieve their potential-without coasting or wilting. 

That is where school selection comes into the picture, and, no doubt why you are here. I will serve as your guide as we navigate the sometimes overwhelming sea of options and connect your child to their best possible future.
